Chris Gulla is a lawyer, former college basketball coach and certified player agent with the NBPA, WNBPA and FIBA. He’s secured & negotiated playing contracts for professional basketball players on 6 different continents. He oversees all aspects of ACD’s Professional Basketball and NIL Divisions.

Gulla is currently based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Eric Simpkin

Eric Simpkin is a former college basketball coach and USA Basketball employee with a skill for developing strong interpersonal relationships with his players. At ACD, he assists with all aspects of client recruitment and management.

Simpkin is currently based in Denver, Colorado.

Ray Adams

senior advisor - client relations

Ray Adams has nearly two decades of experience in athletics development. A native of Portland, Oregon, Adams helped develop the Adidas grass roots program in America and previously co-founded a non-profit youth basketball (AAU) program in Washington state. In addition to providing advice and mentorship to ACD clients, Adams consults ACD leadership on issues involving strategic partnerships, business development and more.

Adams is currently based in Orlando, Florida.
